CONDITIONS FOR ENTERING OUR WORKSHOP
In Summary: Access to and working in our workshop is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Workshops are dangerous places. Any person entering our workshop is responsible for their own safety.
- We recommend anyone entering the workshop wear neck to wrist to ankle, non-flammable clothing, safety glasses, gloves and safety shoes.
- The Vintage & Classic Car Hub Pty Ltd, its employees, agents or representatives accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage to any person and property, including consequential loss.
- Any advice given by The Vintage & Classic Car Hub Pty Ltd, its employees, agents or representatives is done so without any warranty as to accuracy or correctness.
- The Vintage & Classic Car Hub Pty Ltd, its employees, agents or representatives accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury arising from following any advice given.
- Anyone using any equipment or tools provided are solely responsible for the correct and safe use of such tools or equipment.
If you are not willing to accept these terms and conditions then,

Workshop Terms & Conditions
These Workshop Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all persons who enter,
use, or access the Workshop facilities operated by
The Vintage & Classic Car Hub Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By entering or using the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions & Scope
Workshop means The Vintage & Classic Car Hub Pty Ltd and all
associated premises, tools, equipment and facilities.
You / Your means any person entering or using the Workshop.
Vehicle means any motor vehicle or part brought into the Workshop.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Workshop, including any tools,
equipment or services provided.
2. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that a mechanical workshop is an inherently hazardous
environment and you enter and use the Workshop entirely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and must wear appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to:
long pants, long sleeves, safety footwear, eye protection and gloves.
You must use all tools and equipment correctly, safely and only for their
intended purpose. Any misuse is your responsibility.
3. No Liability & Waiver of Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility or
liability for any injury, loss, damage, theft, fire or consequential loss
suffered by you or any third party, whether arising from negligence,
accident, misuse or any other cause.
Any advice or information provided by us or our staff is given without
warranty and relied upon entirely at your own risk.
By entering or using the Workshop, you waive any claim against us arising
from your use of the Workshop, except to the extent such liability cannot
be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Use of Tools & Equipment
Only authorised persons may operate hoists, lifts or heavy machinery.
If you are not trained or authorised, you must not use such equipment.
You are responsible for any damage caused to Workshop tools or equipment
through misuse or negligence and must report any damage immediately.
Tools and equipment must be cleaned and returned to their designated
location after use. Additional charges may apply if this is not done.
5. Booking, Access & Workshop Use
Workshop access may require a booking or prior approval. We reserve the
right to cancel or reschedule bookings for operational or safety reasons.
Vehicles, tools and personal items must be removed at the end of the
allocated session. Storage fees may apply for items left onsite.
6. Insurance & Indemnity
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage,
including vehicle insurance and personal accident insurance.
You indemnify us against any claims, losses or damages arising from your
use of the Workshop, except where caused by our gross negligence or
wilful misconduct.
7. Legal Compliance & Safety
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and safety
requirements, including work health and safety obligations.
You acknowledge that you are appropriately trained or qualified to
undertake any mechanical work you perform.
8. Vehicle Condition & Personal Property
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or for loss or
damage to personal items left in vehicles or on the premises.
You are strongly advised to remove all valuables before commencing work.
9. Parts, Consumables & Disposal
Where parts or consumables are supplied, they will be charged accordingly.
Removed parts will be disposed of unless you request their return.
10. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may
have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Disputes
Any concerns or disputes should be raised with us as soon as possible so
they may be addressed promptly and in good faith.
12. Variation & Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published
on our website applies to all future use of the Workshop.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to use of the Workshop.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
